Mr. Marvel Gulane is a self-taught Security Researcher characterized by his serious approach and attentiveness. He is diligent, motivated, and skilled, showcasing versatility and adeptness in learning and creative thinking. He is also a self-driven individual, constantly striving to hone his craft. His current research encompasses various topics within the expansive field of Computer Science, including Web Development, Native Android Development, Artificial Intelligence and CyberSecurity. His objective is to improve Security Systems across several technology devices: Security (i.e., Vulnerability, Integrity, Authentication, Authorization, and Confidentiality) and Operational (i.e., Availability, Backup and Recovery, and Compliance).

Marvel Gulane has served as Intern and Junior Web Developer at 1Ksolutions year 2018. (1) playing the role in research and development of algorithms for a software web applications business marketing. (2) collaborating closely with the app’s development team. (3) staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in PHP frameworks by attending online courses to enhance the app’s capabilities.

Mr. Marvel also served being a Junior Network Security Analyst at Prolook Sports year 2019. Being part of the team, (1) assigned in monitoring Amazon Cloud Servers where the API is contained. (2) Implementing the best standard security practices digital and physical based from the OPSEC also known as Operation Security. (2) offensive security testings in web servers that are within the service scopes. (3) Tracking phishing emails, malwares and scammers using unique custom crafted tools for deploying vulnerability scans and automated reports and configure servers through red teaming exploitation processes and methods. (4) Providing vpn access to boost privacy on assets while connected in public networks access points. (5) Data breach remediation planning against threat actors.

Marvel served the Vsionteq as Security Developer Operations year 2020 for implementing and enhancing the cybersecurity of the large network cloud based service used by Qonneq Services and La Verdad Christian College official website under a religious organization with the integration of open source project. (1) Modifying and crafting software security tools to automate up-to-date server monitoring with effective accuracy 85%. (2) Tracking malicious packets with eaz and applying IDS also known as Intrusion Detection System for threat actors. (3) Creating and modifying a blacklisted requests for wordpress web server project.

Mr. Marvel Gulane was selected and joined as a Volunteer year 2020 to be part in Armed Forces Of The Philippines in the 151st Battalion Regiment in a classified location in the Philippines to be under the leadership of Corporal Alexander Alarma against New People Army cyber activities. (1) Public disclosure through an open forum about digital security awareness and preparedness. (2) Clearing and securing modern devices against malicious softwares, spywares and bloatwares for improving data privacy and teach an asset for computer literacy. (3) Physical monitoring with base to base intelligence meeting for updated threat actors in physical and digital. (4) Undergo escape and evade situational training exercises for emergency purposes.

Marvel Gulane is currently working as Logistic Coordinator remotely led by the team of Mr. Kim Suralta in CapacityGuy logistics team. (1) Track and tracing of containers and trailers. (2) Acquiring ETA delivery time of containers and trailers from port terminals until it reach the warehouse. (3) Managing documents and giving reports based on the SOP. (4) Multi tasking with crucial attention on the specific details.
